England Golf has announced its US-based Men’s and Women’s Squads, with 18 talented players representing England overseas – 10 men and 8 women. These players are honing their skills in competitive US college and amateur tournaments, guided by the world-class England Golf Performance Pathway.
One standout inclusion is Sam Easterbrook from Olton Golf Club. A rising star on the international stage, Sam has racked up impressive results across the US and beyond. In 2025 alone, he won the Puerto Rico Classic and secured multiple top-10 finishes at tournaments including the Hootie Intercollegiate and Boilermaker Invitational.
Sam’s success isn’t new – he has consistently performed at a high level throughout his junior and amateur career. Highlights include representing England at the 2023 European Boys’ Team Championship, strong finishes at the Lytham Trophy and Peter McEvoy Trophy, and victories in the ISGA National Team Championship, Scottish Championship, and SIGA Home International.
The England Golf Performance Pathway continues to provide the coaching, support, and competitive opportunities that prepare players like Sam for the transition to the professional game. His selection is a testament to his dedication, talent, and the pathway’s role in nurturing England’s next generation of golf stars.
We’ll be watching Sam and the rest of the squad with excitement as they take on the challenges of US competition and continue to make their mark internationally.
