Seniors Final Stableford

On a bright sunny morning, with a nip in the air when the sun went in, some 39 players took the field for the annual Senior's Final Stableford. In the end Terry Smith was the winner, with (38 points). Steve Cottier (35 points) came second after a tie with Colin MacMillan (35points), winning on countback. In the 9 hole competition John Fitch was the winner from two, (the other being Stewart Crawford).

After a splendily sumptious meal, we had the Senior's AGM - not so sumptious - at which we discussed a number of items, and Brian Warren was introduced as the next senior's Captain. He, in turn, then introduced the Senior's Captain to follow him - Terry Hanley. All personnel will go before the main Committee to be ratified. After cheering both Brian and Terry, and welcoming them to their new offices, the meeting broke up, - with a proposal to purchase more jumpers!
